Return Window

Returns accepted within 14days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Non-returnable items

Grip tape that has been applied

Wheels or hardware that show wear

Used decks or apparel

Sale or clearance items (if marked “final sale”)
- Boards that are gripped, assembled, or skated are final sale.

We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the wrong item was shipped or the item arrived damaged, we will cover the return cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processing usually takes 3–5 business days
We’ll notify you when your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item, please contact us.
We can hold the replacement item until your return arrives.
